In 2017 Filta Group UK resolves to help more people get into business. They have decided to sponsor a number of talented people in 2017 to make getting into business for themselves easier.
Filta Group UK is growing so fast that they need good people to grow with them.
In 2016 they had a significant intake of new franchisees to their FiltaFry business, however about 30% of the people that wanted to become part of the business found it impossible to get the appropriate finance to do so, and therefore were unable to fund the investment and more importantly did not have sufficient funds for working capital.
The end result was that FiltaFry lost some real talent, and still have areas in the country where they find it difficult to service their national account clients.
Filta Group UK have decided to sponsor a number of talented people in 2017 to make getting into business for themselves easier. They feel that if someone has the ability and the motivation to succeed all they really need is a start / chance in life.
The Filta Group UK resolution for 2017 is that should they feel they have a talented person in front of them, but they are having problems with the finance side of joining, then they will invest in them to help them through.
