As an ALLKARE franchise partner, you will be on the management side of growing your business, not working as a tradesman. Our systems and support allow you to offer the same services that we do, managing a claim from start to finish, and establishing long-term relationships with loss adjusters in your area to create more business.

We are looking for people that have the energy and motivation to create a strong customer base in a short period of time. You must be keen to run your own business, manage your own staff, focus on success and be prepared to put in the necessary time to make it happen.

You must also have an interest and affinity with the services we provide. It is not necessary for you to have all the skills to operate the ALLKARE Franchise, as you will be provided with the training and support. Ideally you will be coming from a management position

The ALLKARE franchise promotes equal opportunities and women in franchising. Ours is a management business and although we deal with employees and subcontractors in the building trades - this requires more dynamic relationship and organisation skills than it does any hands on experience in the trades. As such, the franchise suits both women and men that are good managers and can maintain good relationships with those that refer us business (insurance companies) and those that we serve (the householder or claimant) - even if they have no experience in building trades.

We are not a sales or carpet cleaning franchise – you will build a business that offers all of our services, employs or subcontracts a full range of tradesmen and deals with national and local loss adjusters that offer you a sizeable amount of business serving claimants repair needs. Every effort that you put into building your business will be rewarded by the value of your business increasing – so that you can profit from it now AND in the future if you sell it or retire.

ALLKARE are making you a great offer - we will take the upfront fee you can afford (subject to terms and conditions) and spread the rest of the payment over 24 months.
