Your Role as A Franchisee
As a ServiceMASTER Clean Residential Commercial franchisee you will provide a range of services including deep cleaning, static control and soil resistant treatments to carpets and upholstery. Every day more and more householders and business owners are turning to the specialist services ServiceMASTER has to offer.
The work is generally completed in normal working hours, however it may be necessary, in commercial locations, to complete work outside of normal business hours. The ServiceMASTER business can easily be run from home, a fully equipped liveried vehicle will be your resource centre for the provision of the service.
Your Profile
You will need to be motivated and committed to running a dynamic business. Management skills are essential although a background in cleaning is not. Drive, ambition and a desire to succeed will ensure that your business realises its full potential.
Training & Education
A comprehensive training programme has been compiled and developed by the ServiceMASTER’s specialist training Team. Their belief is that training is the key to providing the best possible performance through their education programmes. High quality technical operation and management modules followed by regular retraining, has led many experts to refer to their systems as a model for the service economy of the future.
Their customised software ensures that the business owner remains at the cutting edge of technology for communications and general administration. A new, leased, liveried vehicle, fully racked out as a mobile resource centre, completes the package. After the training is complete you drive away ready to trade!
Investing In Your Future
There are two elements of investment for your new business:
The Franchise Licence, including a comprehensive training programme consisting of pre-study, two weeks on-site training with accreditation and business launch assistance through a planned marketing campaign. A protected territory will be yours to grow a substantial business. £10,000
The Full Equipment Package, which includes all the software, marketing, stationery, products, uniforms equipment and materials, needed to operate the service. A fully liveried leased vehicle will be organised for you to drive away at the end of your training £13,125
