In the past twelve months Mike Haselden has achieved an impressive 40% rise in sales year on year making Revive! Chester the top performing territory in the Northern region.
He bought Revive! Chester 13 years ago after hearing about the opportunity from a friend who was already a Revive! franchisee and now employs four technicians and runs a fleet of five vans.
At the time Mike was working in sales for a tool hire company. He was ready for a new challenge and the chance to give his family a secure financial future.
"Being my own boss fell in line with the great opportunity to gain a skill in repairing cars. I liked the idea of organising my own workload and diary as well as gaining the flexibility of working hours, but the lightbulb moment came for me a few years later when I realised that I could achieve even more by taking on more people and expand the business."
And as his business grew Mike was invited to join the Revive! High Achievers Group, a mentoring and training initiative run by Revive!’s head office support team to help Revive! franchisees grow and develop their expanding businesses.
"This has been great for me, as you get to see how the larger franchisees are running their business and learn how they got there, as well as giving you the extra push to keep moving forward.
