After 10 years supporting Autosmart franchisees to run sustainable and profitable businesses, Jon Stevens has taken the plunge and invested in his own Autosmart franchise in the Stafford area.
Jon, a valued member of the Autosmart support team, has over the years trained and mentored franchisees in understanding the product range, how to demonstrate using cost control equipment, how to effectively win new business and manage time to juggle the many roles involved with being a business owner.
Jon is now ready to be the boss and tells us, “Knowing the business model inside out and what the market demand is like for the Autosmart products, this was too good an opportunity to miss.
My role as Regional Business Manager has been incredibly rewarding, especially when you see your franchisees reaching important milestones. I love being out and about every day and not stuck in meetings, so this new business is ideal for me”.
