Colin Bell Moved From Catering to Oven Cleaning with Ovenclean

When Colin Bell moved back to the UK after living abroad for many years, he was immediately taken by the Ovenclean franchise opportunity, having previously worked in the catering and cleaning industry. Overall, he couldn’t be happier with the support he’s received from Head Of?ce since his launch.

The fact that he could grow and develop an Ovenclean business into a larger operation over time really appealed to him. Once he’d attended the Open day at the Head Of?ce in the Midlands, his mind was made up!

Colin explained:
"Having been out of the country a long time, I wanted to join a franchise instead of going it alone. had never run my own business in the UK and wanted to have the support structure to hand if  I needed it. I spoke to various existing Ovenclean franchisees as part of my research - they were all very positive and had been in the business a long time, which gave me a lot of con?dence in the offering.  I wanted to join a franchise instead of going it alone. Since his launch, Colin has found word-of-mouth recommendation to be the biggest driver of leads.
"My customers are quite literally gobsmacked by the standard of clean we are able to achieve – I regularly get tipped too because they are so delighted!"

Although it’s still early days for Colin, he has big plans for the future, with ambitions to get three vans on the road and expand his territory to include the neighbouring town.
"The market is huge – everyone has an oven after all! I love what I do, I get to meet new and interesting people and ?nish each day with a huge sense of satisfaction from some job well done and thrilled customers, it’s brilliant!"
