In a recent InXpress UK customer survey:

Committed to improving customer experience as a cornerstone of business growth, InXpress have launched new support for franchisees to use as they grow their business: accuFRATE.

Available for customers to make the most of, accuFRATE is an online software which aims to simplify the freight management process. This also allows customer service reporting, so franchisees can keep track of their customers’ satisfaction.
