Exponential growth in national accounts at Countrywide Signs continues apace with news that six more nationwide estate agencies have signed exclusive deals with the board management business, with a further three in the immediate pipeline.
The new clients join the likes of Purple Bricks on the company’s client roster, and have triggered an expansion of the team managing the accounts.
Countrywide Signs head office manages national accounts centrally, sending jobs requested by each agency’s local office to the relevant franchisee. The agents receive seamless service across their offices nationally, while franchise owners add to their local client base at no cost to themselves and without extra administrative requirements.
It’s all adding up to a big boost for franchisee turnover and profits – in May and June this year, prior to the new accounts coming on board, national account jobs had already risen by more than 85% year on year, providing substantial revenue boosts across the Countrywide Signs network.
Martin Attwood says:
"Demand continues to rise and rise thanks to the professionalism of our franchise owners and the quality of their service. The Countrywide Signs brand is well-known and respected among agents and we’re collectively seeing the benefits of that across the network. A number of our franchise owners are on track for their best-ever year and the pace shows no sign of slowing down."
The national accounts team has been consolidated, with capacity added to future-proof for further growth. Carol Wayne, administration manager for national accounts, now works alongside Sandra Jenkinson in the Countrywide Signs head office, while Stef Walker has joined the team to satisfy extra demand. They’re supported by Tom, Matt and Ben Attwood, sons of the company directors Martin and Angela Attwood, as well as by Tom’s wife, Kirsty.
Martin continued:
"Our team work incredibly hard and it’s great to add new members to it and consolidate our national accounts operations. Carol and Sandra have managed the increased demand superbly – and it’s nice to say it’s a real family affair for us now too!"
