The UK’s most trusted car repair franchise, ChipsAway, has this month reached 20,000 Trustpilot reviews - and has marked the occasion through a random act of kindness.
The milestone comes just seven months after ChipsAway hit the 10,000 review mark, highlighting the continued success of the brand that has just witnessed their strongest quarter on record.
ChipsAway’s random act of kindness saw Mr. Williams, the 20,000th Trustpilot reviewer from Wellingborough, get £200 off his repair. Andrew contacted the ChipsAway Car Care Centre in Northampton when his Ford Transit suffered a paintwork scratch.
Mr. Williams’ review said: “Second vehicle we’ve taken here and another excellent job, customer service second to none. Thank you very much.”
Commenting on ChipsAway’s random act of kindness, Andrew said: “I was shocked and surprised to get £200 off my repair plus a bottle of prosecco- what a lovely gesture! The service I received from Tony Blair was outstanding and I would have no hesitation going back to him.”
