This is a management franchise whereby the franchisee manages the operation of the business whilst relying on his or her employees to carry out the work required to deliver the service.
A franchisee's role is varied but focused on sales and business development. A technical fire and security engineer is employed from day one to do the more hands on work. This leaves franchisees to focus on growing their business. They will attend networking events, sales meetings and identify other sales prospects on a weekly basis. They will survey and quote for maintenance contracts or installations and project manage and administer new contracts.
The Jackson Fire & Security Franchise opportunity allows you to run your business from home. They recommend you have a separate office space at home in addition to a small storage area for stock.
Every organisation operating from premises must install and maintain fire safety equipment – this is a legal requirement. The majority of these organisations also seek to protect their premises with a range of security solutions. All this equipment will need regular servicing providing franchisees with multiple streams of repeat revenue.
The franchise package includes a comprehensive training package which is a mixture of in-house training and industry training from external accredited bodies.
There is also an extensive marketing launch package which includes telemarketing, email marketing, website management and search engine optimisation and public relations.
